Yes, depending on the type of product:

• Non-personalized products
  
  You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  
• Custom products
  
  Because they are created especially for you, personalized products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or personalization error on our part .

When a return is accepted, the refund is made via the payment method used when ordering , within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
