Please note: once the order has been transmitted, it contains a product personalized by hand by our artisans and is no longer eligible for withdrawal. In accordance with European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to clearly personalized or custom-made products. No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
