All our creations are made to order by French artisans and shipped directly from their workshops.

If your order includes several creations from different workshops, they may be sent separately.Each piece follows its own manufacturing and shipping process, respecting the time required for artisanal craftsmanship.

Yes, as soon as your creation is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

You can use this number to track the progress of your order on our carrier's website.

Each order is carefully prepared especially for you to offer you an experience worthy of your gift.

All our products are personalisable. You can choose to have a date, a name, a word, a phrase, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, or a heart symbol engraved or embroidered… depending on the permitted character limit.

We kindly ask you to carefully check each personalisation item for your product, such as:

• the spelling and formatting of your text;
• the number of charms or bunting flags;
• the choice of metals or materials;
• the fabric or embroidery colours;
• the gift wrapping.

As products are created specifically for you, no modifications can be made once the order has been confirmed.

Yes, depending on the type of product:

• Non-personalized products

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Custom products

Because they are created especially for you, personalized products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or personalization error on our part .

When a return is accepted, the refund is issued via the payment method used for the order, within a maximum of 14 days after the receipt and verification of the returned product.

In the event of an error or a defective product, we will, of course, take full responsibility for all costs.
