For the past twenty years, we have lived away from Paris, settling in various countries and embracing diverse cultures. An immense wealth of experience and the gratitude of having been welcomed. Everywhere we went, we noticed the importance of traditions, customs, and unique craftsmanship... every country, after all, has its own "Madeleine de Proust"!
